Meenakari Brass Bud Vases (Pair)

Two slender brass bud vases with a flared rim, a narrow waist and a stepped foot. The bodies are lacquered black, then engraved through to the bright brass in bands of leaves and flowers, and the engraved hollows are filled with red, blue, green and yellow enamel: the meenakari way.

Made for a single stem or a few dried grasses, or as a pair on a mantel.
