Every piece ships from India.

Each piece is checked by hand before it leaves the workshop. Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Commissioned paintings ship when the artist finishes, usually 4–6 weeks after you reserve.

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Typical delivery once dispatched:

• United States and the European Union: 8–14 business days
• India: 3–6 business days

We don’t ship to the United Kingdom yet. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

United States: import duties are included in the price you see. We pay them when the parcel enters the US, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

European Union: import VAT and any duties are not included at checkout. The courier collects them on delivery, at your country’s rate.

We declare the true value of every order.

If a ready-made piece isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Commissioned paintings are made for you and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged (see our Terms).

Handmade work can shift slightly in transit. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping needed.
